He was born on November 18, 1919 in Palermo, Italy to the late Raimondo and the late Luisa (nee Mosca), and passed away peacefully September 16, 2016 surrounded by his loving family. Giuseppe enjoyed fishing while living in Florida and loved playing Bocce during his younger years.

Giuseppe was the adoring husband of 65 years to Domenica (nee Fraterrigo), loving father of Raymond (Jean), Luisa (Marc) Casale and the late Maria (the late Mark) Richter; fond grandfather of Joanna (Rob) Vanecek, Giana Casale, Allissa Casale, Daniela Richter, Samantha Richter and Phillip (Rachel); proud great grandfather of Landon Phillip; dear friend to many, he will be missed by all those whose lives he touched.

Joseph “Joe” N. Guerra, 83, a resident of Schaumburg since 1964 and formerly of the west side of Chicago was born on November 7, 1932 in Chicago to the late Nicola and the late Maria (nee Caminnata), and passed away peacefully on September 10, 2016 surrounded by his loving family. Joe was an avid golfer and was proud to have worked in the “Bag Room” at Medinah Country Club for 10 years, having the gift of knowing everyone’s bag by memory.

Joe was the adoring husband of 61 years to Patricia (nee Meisner), loving father of Nicholas (Christine), Joanne and John (the late Jill); fond grandfather of Danyelle Loos, Kristen Loos and Donald Loos III, Colin, Michael, Tracy Gramm, Katie Gramm, Jackie and John; dear brother of 5, he is preceded in death by Sara Sindler, Angeline Cox, Annie Stafford, Nicola and Rosie Barran; dear uncle and friend to many, he will be missed by all those whose lives he touched.

Carole H. Bank (nee Mooi), 80, a resident of Schaumburg for 47 years and formerly of the Mt. Greenwood neighborhood of Chicago was born on October 12, 1935 to the late Samuel and the late Ethel (nee Tiggelar), and passed away peacefully on September 8, 2016 with her loving husband and friends by her side.

Carole was a 1953 Chicago Christian graduate and spent some years working in various financial institutions including Mutual National Bank, Mount Greenwood Bank and Central Federal Savings & Loan, until retiring to care for her mother, a victim of ovarian cancer. She was an avid reader and loved solving “Word Seek” puzzles. She also loved watching Cubs games and spending time with her late Pembroke Welsh Corgi, “Humphrey”.

She was the loving wife of 58 years to David; dear sister of the late John Mooi; beloved aunt and dear friend to many, she will be missed by all those whose lives she touched. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Carole’s name to the American Cancer Society and click “Donate”.

Rubiano, 79, (nee Jefferies), a resident of Friendship Village and formerly of Hoffman Estates and Rogers Park for over 50 years was born on October 26, 1936 in Great Britain to the late Reginald and the late Kathleen (nee Smith), and passed away peacefully August 20, 2016 in Schaumburg. Pat loved bowling in younger days, playing poker, the slot machines, Bingo and watching her beloved game shows. Family was utmost in her life.
