Patricia “Pat” D. Pat was an amazing mother who always put her children before herself and gave unselfishly. She was a great friend with a special gift for listening to others. She was an avid bingo player and especially enjoyed spending time with her daughters. She also loved cooking for her family; so much so, it wasn’t often, if ever, that family would leave her home without lots of her favorite dishes to take home with them. Her one indulgence was her many trips to Las Vegas. She enjoyed them so much she named her dog “Lucky” and her cat “Vegas”. Her last trip was given to her for Mother’s Day, in which she flew first class and enjoyed the pleasure of taking home “their” money. Being surrounded by the many flowers in her yard and home definitely made her happy, as well.

Pat was the loving mother of Leesa (Paul) Doroba and Buffy Bernardo; fond sister of the late Peter; beloved aunt of 5; dear friend to many, she will be missed by many, including; Michael Bernardo, her dear friends Joyce (George) Mikasen, her care-giver Marcy Kraczkowska and her “Grand Kitties” “Chloe” and “Zoe”.

Her family would like to extend a special thank you to all of the nurses and patient care technicians at Alexian Brothers Hospital who took such special care of “Ms. Pat”.
