"Wow! I have recently returned to Michael's after attending a funeral there about eight years ago. First of all, I was amazed at the fresh new look of the place. It doesn't look or even smell like a funeral home. It's obvious they put alot of heart and soul into the changes and absolutely no detail was overlooked. They have a great coffee service too! The staff was so comforting and personable. I couldn't believe how many new and interesting services they provide. Everyone was just raving about the video they made of my friend's life. Other places are just so institutional feeling. I pray that I will never need such services again but if I do I will surely use Michaels. They have really figured out how to make people feel like family."
