"Michael's did not just meet our expectations, they by far exceeded them! The entire staff was so incredibly patient and compassionate, and truly guided us through this very difficult time. The facilities were beautiful and very clean, but more importantly, they were very comfortable and made us feel at peace. Although it is an experience that I do not wish to repeat, I know the time may come again and I know my first call will be to Michael. Michael himself is so genuine and accommo- dating, he even waited until 10pm for us to deliver pictures for the wonderful slide show that he created. We could not have made it through this experience without the gentle hand-holding we received from Michael and his entire staff. Thank you so very much!"
