"My dad died rather suddenly. I didn't get to say goodbye. Flying home for the funeral, I dreaded the thought of what the next few days would be like. Now, looking back, I realize it is one of the more beautiful memories I have. Ray was the person who helped us make the arrangements. How patient he was!!! And so understanding of our desire to honor my dad. They helped us in every way (from the video montage to the Celtic harpist and military honor guard) in making my father's passing a beautiful part of his Life! I think I can speak for my whole family when I say that because of all that Michaels did for us, we really felt my dad was there in joyful spirit and will treasure these beautiful memories always."
