I would like to thank Michael's Funeral Home in Schaumburg, Illinois for assisting in a wonderful and caring Celebration of Life service for my son, USAF SrA Sumner L. Cowan (Retired) on 5 December 2009.

The staff at Michael's, especially Michael himself, were so helpful in producing guest books, memory cards and thank you notes per our specifications. The establishment was very clean, tastefully decorated and we had lots of help in setting up our memorial items. We were given access to two widescreen monitors for showing slideshows. They also downloaded the music we wanted played during the service and gave us a CD of the music which we had chosen.

Michael also put us in contact with the local VFW Post, the Patriot Guard Riders and the Warriors Watch Riders. The ceremony went wonderfully and was quite beautiful and poignant. Michael was trully wonderful at assisting us in this horrible time of the loss of our son.

I would encourage anyone needing funeral/memorial services for their loved ones to utilize the kind, caring and professional services of Michael's Funeral Home in Schaumburg, Illinois.
