The personal touches that Michaels offered... it was as if they had known our family for years. There was a lovely pianist playing background music -- it was so comforting. And the space was warm and homey. There was a lovely coffee lounge, a big screen for the family to share photos, and a very supportive staff. We really recommend Michaels funeral home.
