"Our experience was excellent in every regard. Arranging services was simple, and we felt we were given a very personalized and warm reception by the Michaels' staff. Michael, the owner, personally greeted us while we made arrangements. The facilities are elegant, and well-appointed. Carpets, lighting, seating, and reception area were nicer than other places I've been. There is a small kitchenette complete with refrigerator, coffee service, and counter space and seating for nibbles & refreshments. Costs are very reasonable. We did not feel pressured nor rushed in any way, even though our service ran a little late. Parking is ample, the home is easy to find from the street, and is not far from major expressways & tollways."
