"When our mother passed away suddenly we didn't know how to plan for her service. We looked online at funeral homes that had warmth and staff that were caring and found both at Michaels. We mainly spoke with Michael who was readily available and compassionate, however everyone at Michaels was very kind. We highly recommend Michaels because they guided us through a difficult process and even arranged to have the Air Force present for our mother's service, so that she could be honored as a veteran. In addition, the video montage that was created for us was heartfelt and the pianist who played at the opening of the service made the surroundings pleasant. All of these aspects are important because when a loved one passes away you are not emotionally or physically able to cope with tasks like this.
