Emir Beogradlija was born on January 21, 1953 in Croatia and died on January 28, 2012. 

Emir was the loving husband of 35 years to Meliha Beogradlija (nee karadza), dear father of Dejan (Amber) Beogradlija and Damir (Natasha) Beogradlija, fond grandfather of Noah and Stevan, beloved brother-in-law of Mirjana (the late Nedim) Beogradlija and nephews’ grandma Vera Sekulic and dear ncle of Zlatan and Vedran.
